Pro Secure Success Report:
On the morning of the 16th April 2023 at approximately 10h00, our Montoring Center received information regarding 2 x suspects walking away from the Umbilo Park with steel fencing that was removed from the park which is situated on Umbilo Road.
Our Specialized Response Unit was immediately dispatched. They positively identified the suspects walking along Albert Dlomo Road in Umbilo, carrying the steel structure fitting the description. When our officers approached, the suspects fled in different directions.
One suspect was successfully apprehended, and the stolen item was recovered.
The suspect and the stolen property were handed over to SAPS Umbilo.
