1. Eligibility:

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Employees of Pro Secure, their immediate families, and those living in the same household are not eligible.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Promotion Period:

• The promotion begins on 01 August 2024 and ends on 14 August 2024 at 12H00
• Any referrals made outside this period will not be counted.

3. How to Participate:

• Referrals: Participants must complete the official referral form provided by Pro Secure. The form requires the names and contact information of 5 individuals who are not current Pro Secure customers.
• Sign-Ups: A successful referral occurs when 3 of the referred individuals sign up for a Pro Secure service plan within the promotion period.
• 30-Day Free Trial: Referred individuals who sign up during the promotion period will receive 30 days of Free Alarm Monitoring and Service.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

• The Winner: The first participant to achieve 3 successful referrals within the promotion period will be declared the winner.
• Verification: Pro Secure reserves the right to verify all referrals and sign-ups. Any fraudulent or ineligible entries will be disqualified.
• Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within 30 days of the promotion’s end date. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited.

5. Prize:

• The winner will receive a PlayStation 5, one console includes Call of Duty – Modern Warfare II. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. General Conditions:

• Pro Secure reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time for any reason.
• Participants agree to release and hold Pro Secure harmless from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
• This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Privacy:

• Any personal information collected during the promotion will be used solely for the administration of the promotion and in accordance with Pro Secure’s privacy policy.

8. Disputes:

• Any disputes arising from this promotion will be governed by the laws.
